InstaMattress is a trading name of Saso (UK) Ltd (Company Reg. 08100985), an independent retailer with over 40 years in the mattress and furniture industry. All supplier relationships, purchasing and due diligence are conducted by Saso (UK) Ltd. We hold our suppliers — and ourselves — to a clear, fair code of standards. If you make honest products properly, we'd like to hear from you.
The law and the label — non-negotiable
What we require of every supplier
- Full compliance with the Furniture & Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988, BS 7177 and BS 5852 for all mattresses supplied
- Clean, accurately declared fillings — products contain exactly what the specification states
- Truthful trade descriptions: spring counts, filling weights, materials and dimensions as stated (within accepted industry tolerance of ±20mm on sizes)
- Compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 where obligated; no forced or child labour anywhere in the supply chain
- A registered business with product liability insurance, honouring published guarantees in full

Not an NBF member? That's not a barrier — smaller makers who meet our standards are very welcome. We simply ask for equivalent evidence.
