InstaMattress — Legal
Returns & Refunds Policy
Saso (UK) Ltd, trading as InstaMattress — instamattress.co.uk
1. Your right to cancel (online orders)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive your mattress, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, tell us within those 14 days by emailing us or writing to us with a clear statement that you wish to cancel, including your order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
2. Condition of returned mattresses
For hygiene reasons, a mattress is sealed when delivered. Your right to cancel does not apply once the hygiene seal or packaging has been opened, unless the mattress is faulty. Returned mattresses must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
3. Return costs
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. If you would like us to collect the mattress, we can arrange collection and will confirm the collection charge with you before it is booked; the charge will be deducted from your refund.
4. Refunds
We will refund the full price of the goods, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of you providing evidence that you have returned them). Refunds are made to the original payment method. We may reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
5. Faulty or damaged goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your mattress is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality:
- Within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to reject it for a full refund, including any return or collection costs.
- After 30 days and within 6 months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement; if that fails, a refund.
If your mattress arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
